My Holiday Makeup Look featuring That's Heart Palette

I know the Holiday season is over and back to reality again, work mode for me and for some, back to school again. But let me share with you the makeup look that I sported last Christmas. Well, this look is also a good choice for dates with your special someone.

I used That's Heart palette in almost all of the components of this look simply because I like the fact that it almost has everything. The eyeshadows are fairly pigmented though some have big chunks of glitters which I find very hard to pull off. My personal favorites are the following: the eyeshadow I used for the brows, the bronzer and the blush.

Feel free to watch the video above to see how I used the palette. I am not a professional makeup artist. I just what I think will look okay on my face so please, be nice with the criticisms.

Here is a before and after photo. I know, I looked too white with the foundation I used. Sorry. I will try to do better in the future.

The eye makeup is the winner for me. I rarely use eyeshadows and when I do, I go for neutrals. Here, I used them again. Did something different though but still on the safe side. I will try to learn more because I want to go bolder this year with my eyeshadows. The eyeshadows from the That's Heart palette are not as pigmented as my Urban Decay Naked Palette but they are very blendable and you can layer it on depending on how intense you want the look to be. The glittered ones are not my favorites though.

That is it for my 2014 Christmas Holiday Look. It may be simple but I assure you, it is not as simple as it looks to someone who rarely do this. Hahaha!
