REVIEW | Ever Bilena Advance Lip and Cheek Stain (Very Red)

I have been neglecting my blog. I thought it's easy to manage blogs and YouTube accounts but I was wrong. I am not complaining. I still feel blessed to have these things to keep me busy.

So now, I decided to share with you another affordable product that I have been using for the past weeks. This is the Ever Bilena Advance Lip and Cheek Stain.

I have been using lip and cheek stains for the longest time now. I like products that are low-maintenance when used and also, I like looking natural and fresh!

I have been seeing this but kept on ignoring it because I thought it will not give good results. Yes, I misjudged the product right away without even trying it out. Good thing, when I passed by Ever Bilena counter, I saw the price and decided to try it out since it is very affordable.

I like the packaging because it is very hygienic, no dipping of an applicator. You just take off the cap and squeeze out the product. One minor thing I am scared of happening is the product getting squeezed too much while inside my bag and gets popped-open. Good thing I did not experience it so far so I guess the packaging is sturdy enough.

You can see the ingredients and manufacturing date on the packaging which I appreciate. The shade I purchased is Very Red but I did not see any other shades on the EB counter. Please let me know if there are other shades available.

A small dot is enough to give flush of color on the cheek as well as on the lips. The effect is naturally flushed skin and natural and healthy looking lips. Fresh, I must say.

Here's what it looks when blended on the skin.

After 9 hours

After 9 hours, you can really tell that the tint on my lips faded even with retouch (once). Please take note that I ate dinner and drank juice and milk tea. On the cheeks, I did not retouch because I didn't feel the need to.

What I like:

  • Affordable. Budget-friendly especially for students.

  • Available locally in leading drugstores, department stores and supermarket.

  • Hygienic packaging.

  • Ingredients and manufacturing date are present.

  • Has a nice fruity scent.

  • Very easy to blend; perfect for beginners.

  • Gives a nice flush of color on the cheeks and lips.

  • Last up to 9 hours on the cheeks; retouched once on the lips withing 9 hours of wear.

What I don’t like:

  • I am just scared that the packaging might get damaged when squeezed really hard inside the bag but so far, it didn't happen.

  1. I have read a lot of good reviews about this. Even celebrities use this daw. "Daw" because i'm not so sure that they really use this or they are just paid to be photographed using this. Nonetheless, i'm still planning to try this. Parang natural flushed cheeks sa pictures. And the best thing about this is the affordable price *winks*

  2. I've tried this. :)
